St. John’s Mercy offers a variety of education and safety programs that help prepare children for new experiences and situations as they grow.

• Programs are held throughout the St. Louis area for your convenience.
• Our programs are facilitated by nurses, recreational and physical therapists, teachers, and medical and community health professionals with many years of experience.
• Online registration is available for some programs, or a registration telephone number is listed.
• Refer to each class description for fees. Off-site locations may charge additional fees for nonresidents.
• Group programs may be scheduled at St. John’s Mercy or at your school, church or other public meeting place. Reservations should be made a minimum of four to six weeks in advance. Please select two to three date options for your group program. Discounts are available to groups of 10 or more when arranged through St. John’s Mercy. For children’s groups, one adult chaperone for every six children is required to attend. For group information and scheduling, call 314-822-PEDS (7337).

How to Use Online Registration

Before you begin, please be aware that:

• You must have an e-mail account to register online.
• For children’s classes, separate registrations and fees maybe required for each person attending.

Registration steps:

1. View our class offerings. To view dates, times and locations, click on the class titles.
2. Click on the button next to the class you are interested in.
3. To register for a class, click on the Sign Up button next to the class. (To remove a class from your cart, click on the Remove button next to the class.)
4. Create an account by clicking on My Account . Complete the first screen for the Responsible Party. Complete the second screen for the Student who will attend class. You may Add other students under your Responsible Party Account and register them for individual classes.
5. Click on Register to complete your enrollment. Important: Payment is required at the time of class registration. Credit and debit cards are accepted from Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
6. Print your Enrollment Confirmation. You will receive an e-mail notification at the time of registration. Reminder e-mails will be sent 12 days and three days before your class. Make sure your computer settings allow incoming e-mail.

Telephone Registration: For maternity programs, call 314-961-BABY (2229). For children’s, parenting, CPR and first aid courses, call 314-822-PEDS (7337). Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Cancellation Policy: A t least 72 hours’ notice (prior to the start of the course) is required for cancellations. For cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the start of the course, a $5 processing fee will be deducted from any refund amount. If you do not attend class and no cancellation notice is provided, class payment will be forfeited. Please note that if the minimum class size requirement is not met, you may be contacted regarding cancellation or to reschedule.
